Cottage rates 2024
Our rates include the rental of the cottage as well as the tourist tax and the charges (water, electricity, heating). Rates for 1 person.

For a stay at the cottage
The end of stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants. If you wish, we offer a cleaning package from 30€ and during the stay at 10€/hour.
At any time of your stay : package bleaching possible either at 10€/person (1 lot = 1 bath towel, 1 glove, 1 towel, 1 guest towel and sheets).
It is possible for cyclists and mountain bikers, or equestrian hikers to rent one of our two boxes at night.
We also have a pasture of 4000m2 with a shelter.
Rental rate up to 4 bikes : 5€/day the box
Horse boarding rates : 15€/day the paved box, possibility to buy the hay on the spot (4€/day)
We recall that our friends pets are not accepted except horses (if renting the box).
Bed and breakfast rates 2024
Breakfasts are included in the price of each night. Rates for 2 people.
Private SPA (1h30) : 21€/pers. or 39€ for a couple.

Practical information
Arrival is between 5 pm and 7 pm - Departure at 11 am.
Payment terms
Advance payment :
• For a short stay (overnight stay and weekend package) : 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
• For a stay of 4 nights or more: 30% of the total amount of the reservation, the balance is due 45 days before your arrival.

• Paypal payment possible for online reservations
• No credit cards accepted
Cancellation fees for accommodation
• More than 45 days before the arrival date : the deposit is still valid but can be used for another stay.
• Less than 45 days before date of arrival : 100% of the price of the stay unless the owner renews the house for these dates.
In this case the amount can be used for another stay.
• In case of no show without prior cancellation: 100% of the price of the stay.
